Which channels are live, who runs each one, and what each of them reports today. Ten minutes, and it is mostly us listening.
We map what each channel records against what reaches a profile. The gap is usually larger than the team expects, and it is the whole argument.

Joining what you already run is one way in. Where a channel is missing, or is running somewhere nobody can report on, we build and operate it as part of the same platform — the estate, the templates, the consent, the sending. Start with the joining and add the running later, or ask for both.
